*I charge at a rate of $150 for individual sessions and $180 for couples or family counseling. I accept the following insurance plans - United Healthcare and Kaiser. I accept payment by credit card, cash, or check.

I would like to introduce a new intern starting in my practice. Her name is Brooklyn Mesward and she is 

already well-versed and practiced in certain areas of mental health! She will be offering counseling at a rate of $75 per

session if you are interested. Here is a quick summary of her bio., views, and approaches:

Raised in Colorado, Brooklyn enjoys hosting dinner parties, book club, and adventures with her kids and husband, locally and abroad. She is earning her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University.

Clinically, Brooklyn leads with a holistic and integrative therapeutic approach, blending elements of neuroscience, attachment-based therapy, and somatic experience. She approaches each client uniquely and with deep curiosity, wanting to authentically connect with them and help them connect with themself to bring about a true sense of meaning. Brooklyn believes we all have needs for love, connection, and intimacy, and we all have pain, barriers, and wounds that get in the way. She seeks to integrate sound, evidence-based practice with the uniqueness of each client— their personality, context, and story— to help clients achieve their goals and live a wholehearted, joyful, and authentically connected life.
